We partner with foundations and financial institutions to improve their impact investment strategies, portfolio management, and determine funding priorities. We support Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) with technical assistance, strategy, and financial analyses.
Affordable Housing Developers

We support affordable housing developers with mixed-use, affordable homeownership and rental communities. We collaborate with BIPOC-led developers and faith-based developers on their predevelopment processes, underwriting, project management, and funding.
